About the role

We're looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to join our close-knit team and take genuine ownership of a portfolio of small business clients. You'll be across compliance and advisory work for companies, trusts and individuals, with some exposure to SMSFs along the way.

This isn't a "process the return and move on" role — our clients expect (and get) a proactive accountant who picks up the phone, explains things in plain English, and genuinely looks out for their business.

What you'll bring

At least 5 years' experience in Australian public practice





Strong technical knowledge — we value real-world knowledge and client-facing ability just as highly as formal qualifications, though CA, CPA or IPA (or working towards) will be well regarded

Confidence and warmth in client-facing conversations — you'll be meeting clients face-to-face, not just emailing them

Genuine attention to detail — because getting it right matters to us

A team-player, client-first attitude, and just generally... a good person to work alongside

Familiarity with Xero, Class Super and/or Active Workpapers highly regarded
