Bega Group in Western Sydney is seeking an experienced Manufacturing Team Leader to drive safe, productive and high-quality production across our Smithfield site. You will report to the Manufacturing Manager and lead performance, coach teams and manage continuous improvement initiatives.
The role requires a hands-on leader who can build a safety-first culture, maintain GMP/quality standards and deliver on KPIs while developing staff through coaching and engagement.
