Store Manager (Full Time) - Macquarie Centre
1001 Optometry is hiring a Store Manager for our Macquarie Centre store.
This is a shop-floor job. You own the day: sales, conversion, the roster, and how the store feels to a customer walking in off the centre.
You will:
Run the roster, the floor, and the daily numbers
Coach retail staff and work with the optometrists on conversion
Own visual merchandising, stock, and centre standards
Hire, train, and hold the team to the standard
Report to Head Office and keep the store tight
You have:
Store manager or senior 2IC experience in optical, fashion, or specialty retail
A track record on conversion and average sale, not just hours worked
Mandarin or Cantonese is practical, not required
Full time. Macquarie Centre, North Ryde.
