As a Psychologist , you will play a key role in service delivery as part of ConnectMind - our psychology capability that is defined in excellence, consistency and integrity. Working with a team of psychologists, you will provide professional and technical expertise across complex psychological assessments that support personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes.

What you need to be successful





Registration with AHPRA (full preferred, provisional considered)

Master's qualification in Clinical (preferred), Forensic, Organisational or a related field of psychology

Experience in psychological assessment, formulation and report writing

Strong understanding of ethical, professional and legislative obligations

Experience working to support vetting assessments, personnel security and workforce assurance outcomes (highly regarded but not essential)

Ideally hold or be eligible to obtain and maintain an Australian Government Security Clearance

If you already have a security clearance with experience in conducting security based psychological evaluations, we highly value that experience and would love to hear from you.
