About the roles
n
We are looking for the passionate waitstaff to join our team to deliver a best-in-class experience for our guests. Use your skills and experience to ensure outstanding service delivery.
n
Ideally, you will have some previous experience, with a strong passion and knowledge of food & wine.
n
However, we are also happy to train those with a genuine interest for hospitality.
n
Working on a mixture of high tea and ala carte - you will get to enjoy real variety
n
With fair rosters mainly day shifts - over 7 days, there are plenty of hours up for grabs, while still allowing for a work/life balance!
n

The ideal candidate will have

Adaptable and able to multi-task
n
Passion for food and wine
n
Outstanding time management
n
A excellent command of the english language
n
Excellent attention to detail
n
Robust work ethic and a "can do" attitude
n
Immaculate presentation and exceptional communication
n
Able and willing to work a rotating roster including weekend, and public holidays
n
Current RSA
n
n
Highly desired (but not essential)
n
Experience as a section waitstaff in a premium restaurant or high tea service
n
Demonstrated experience in exceeding guest expectations
n
