Sirva is seeking a Pre-Sales Consultant to drive customer satisfaction for inbound calls and web quote inquiries. You will qualify calls, secure pre-move inspections, prepare quotes and coordinate with Operations for delivery.
You may perform virtual surveys to support cross-functional service within the organization. Responsibilities include following up promptly, evaluating high value prospects, and maintaining quotes and schedules.
