Responsibilities

- Lead the successful fulfillment of high-volume open vacancies with relevant hiring managers and be the first point of contact for their hiring needs.
- Assist in driving best practice across the recruitment life cycle and strive to be an ambassador for the Allegis Global Solutions brand at every interaction.
- Undertake recruitment activities with a focus on direct sourcing and work proactively with the Talent Sourcing team to pipeline in accordance with volume candidate requirements.
- Understand the contractual recruitment delivery process and carry out activities accordingly to ensure account KPIs/SLAs are met.
- Build solid and positive relationships with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
- Gain a sound understanding of the designated client business area, including structure nature of business and challenges faced.
- Communicate market intelligence and act as a Talent Advisor to hiring managers.
- Identify and escalating risk and compliance queries.
- Manage requisitions through accurate documentation of all recruitment related data and information per current recruitment legislation and agreed client process at all times.
- Monitor and analyse recruitment activity of designated business area for accurate volume forecasting, workload allocation and recruitment activities.




- Coaching candidates in preparation for interviews and providing them with professional advice and honest feedback in a timely manner.
- Maintain contact with existing talent pool candidates to ensure information is current and briefing them on potential current and future opportunities.

Requirements

- Prior experience in high-volume end-to-end recruitment within the staffing industry or Corporate HR, preferably with a global organization.
- Prior experience conducting behavioural based interviews.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle high pressure environment.
