Kimpton Hotels & Restaurants in Sydney is seeking an experienced Sommelier to lead the wine program across the hotel and outlets, reporting to the Director of Restaurants & Bars. You will curate wine lists, train staff, and drive wine sales while supporting restaurant operations to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

The role requires a minimum of two years in hospitality in a senior role, Sommelier certification, RSA, and robust knowledge of fine dining, service, and food pairing.
