Job Description
You will manage a portfolio of NSW residential conveyancing matters from commencement through to settlement, working closely with clients, agents, lenders and other solicitors.

Key responsibilities

Managing residential conveyancing matters from start to finish
n
Acting for both purchasers and vendors
n
Managing standard residential and off-the-plan transactions
n
Preparing and reviewing contracts and conveyancing documentation
n
Liaising with clients, real estate agents, lenders and solicitors
n
Managing electronic settlements through PEXA
n
Proactively managing deadlines and progressing matters
n
Providing responsive, professional and personalised client service
n

About you
n
n
Proven experience independently managing NSW residential conveyancing matters
n
Experience with off-the-plan transactions
n
Experience acting for both vendors and purchasers
n
Solid knowledge of PEXA
n




Experience with Smokeball
n
Excellent organisation and time-management skills
n
Strong written and verbal communication skills
n
Exceptional attention to detail
n
A proactive, professional and client-focused approach
