Chandler Macleod Group in Australia is seeking experienced Support Needs Assessors to join a Federal Government client on a full-time contract. You will deliver person-centred assessments, working with participants to identify and articulate their support needs with explicit, evidence-based reporting.

You will apply policies and frameworks (NDIS or similar) and collaborate with stakeholders to support participant outcomes, maintain records, and adapt approaches to individual needs.
