LifeFul is seeking a People & Culture Manager to lead HR, recruitment and compliance during a period of national growth. This hands‑on generalist role reports to the CEO and helps attract outstanding people, support leaders, strengthen culture and ensure audit‑ready HR systems.
This part‑time role (30 hours/week across 4–5 days) is hybrid, with a Swansea/Newcastle office presence and occasional travel to other states as LifeFul expands.
