We are a Gippsland Business Award-winning physiotherapy clinic, recognised for excellence in Health Services, right in the heart of Warragul. Our team of 4 physios, 2 exercise physiologists and myotherapist work closely together, support each other, and love what we do. We are a boutique clinic with big standards. We use Kinvent real-time strength testing technology and offer Clinical Pilates, hydrotherapy, running assessments, and group rehabilitation. Technology is a big part of how we work and we are always looking for what is next to help reach client goals.

The Role

You will join us as a Senior Physiotherapist, stepping into an existing caseload of 1:1 clients and small group rehabilitation and clinical Pilates classes (maximum 4 clients). Over time,



you will develop a clinical niche that suits you, whether that is MSK, neuro, women's health, chronic disease or something else, and help us grow our services across West Gippsland.

What the role looks like day-to-day:

- 1:1 physiotherapy consultations across a varied and complex caseload
- Small group rehabilitation and Clinical Pilates classes
- Using Kinvent and state-of-the-art technology to measure and improve patient outcomes
- Weekly team case reviews, in-services, and shared care with colleagues
- Contributing to mentoring and clinic development as you settle in and grow

Role details:

- Part-time or full-time, minimum 3 days per week, no weekend work
- Based in Warragul (yes, near all the best cafes)

About You

You are an experienced physio who has worked in enough places to know what a great clinic looks like. And you are ready for one.

You will fit right in if you are:

- Currently AHPRA registered with solid clinical experience
- Passionate about a particular area of physio you want to develop
- Comfortable using technology as part of how you work
- Looking for somewhere to put down roots, not just your next short-term job
- Interested in mentoring others and being part of how the clinic grows
- Good at building relationships with patients, colleagues and referrers
- Self-motivated, organised, and able to manage a busy caseload independently
- Someone who makes the people around them better just by being there

Would be great if you also have:

- Experience in strength and conditioning and/or Clinical Pilates
- Chronic disease management background
- Interest in neuro, women's health, or complex presentations

Requirements:

- Current full AHPRA registration
- Current First Aid and CPR certification
- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain one)
- Current Police Clearance
