You’ll perform general and women’s ultrasound examinations, combining technical proficiency with considerate patient care. You’ll obtain and document diagnostic images, measurements and findings accurately, and work closely with radiologists and colleagues to support clinical assessment. As the service grows, you’ll also have opportunities to contribute to quality assurance, share knowledge and suggest improvements to the patient and scanning experience.

About you

- A recognised sonography qualification and current ASAR accreditation
- Demonstrated proficiency across general and women’s ultrasound
- Sound clinical judgement and confidence working independently within your scope




- Transparent communication and a respectful approach to patient comfort, privacy and dignity
- MSK ultrasound proficiency, highly regarded but not essential
- $80–$90 per hour plus superannuation, reflecting your clinical skills and relevant experience
- Allocated continuing professional development allowance
- Ongoing in-house teaching from senior sonographers and radiologists
- Scanning appointment times allocated by mutual agreement, taking your skill set and examination requirements into account
- Nearby all-day parking available
