Ambulance Victoria (AV) is seeking an Advisor, Human Resources to deliver qualified HR services across our People and Culture Department. This full time, fixed-term 12-month role is based in Blackburn, with hybrid work options and travel within the metropolitan region as required.
The ideal candidate will hold a tertiary HR qualification and have senior HR experience, with solid policy knowledge, stakeholder engagement and change management skills.
