Job Description
ParagonCare in Melbourne, VIC is seeking an experienced Supply Planning Manager to oversee end-to-end supply planning for capital equipment and MedTech products. You will optimise inventory, maintain high service levels, and align demand with production, procurement and distribution across ANZ.

You will lead a small team, collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales, Finance and Operations, and drive risk mitigation while ensuring regulatory compliance within the medical technologies sector.
