Our client is an established Australian security services provider delivering security solutions across a diverse commercial client portfolio. Due to continued growth, they are looking for an experienced Security Operations Manager to oversee their Mobile Patrols division.

About the Role

This is a hands‑on management position responsible for the performance and delivery of Mobile Patrol operations across Melbourne . You will oversee patrol officers, rostering, fleet and service delivery while managing key client relationships and driving operational efficiency.

- $110k - $130k + Super (negotiable on experience)
- Fully maintained company vehicle
- Senior operational management position
- Manage an established Mobile Patrols operation

Duties

- Lead patrol officers, rostering and deployment
- Oversee fleet, alarm response and service delivery
- Manage client relationships and escalations
- Monitor KPIs, labour utilisation and operational performance
- Maintain compliance and service standards

Skills & Experience

- Commercial security operations experience
- Experience with TrackTik or similar patrol management systems
- Robust rostering and workforce management experience
- Strong client and team management skills
- Commercially minded with a focus on operational performance
