Business Data Analyst | Global Consumer Brand (Sports)

We're exclusively partnering with a well-established global consumer sports brand to find a Business Data Analyst who can turn complex datasets into insights the business actually acts on.

This is a high-visibility role sitting within a broader global data and analytics function. You'll support Sales, Marketing and Finance with the data behind monthly sales insights, quarterly customer reviews and market share reporting - the kind of work that gets presented directly to customers and senior stakeholders.

The role carries real ownership of market share reporting and a growing presence in customer-facing reviews. There's a genuine progression path here too, including exposure to the wider global analytics team as your capability builds.

This is a role for someone who's comfortable picking up a dataset in Python and turning it into something a sales leader can act on. To be successful in this role you need curiosity, follow-through, and the ability to build trust with people less technical than you.

Key responsibilities

- Build and maintain Power BI reporting for monthly sales insights and quarterly customer sell-through reviews
- Own and refine market share dashboards and reporting
- Pull and connect data across multiple systems and sources using Python and SQL
- Support marketing with consumer and eCommerce analytics
- Present data-driven insights to stakeholders at all levels, including customers
- Support demand forecasting and inventory reporting
- Pick up and connect into existing dashboards and automations as handover progresses

- Hands-on experience with Python and SQL to manipulate and analyse data (non-negotiable)
- Experience with Power BI or a similar visualisation tool
- Comfortable working with multiple, disconnected data sources
- Bachelor's degree in business, mathematics, statistics, data science or a related field
- Minimum three years' relevant experience
