We’re now looking for a talented and motivated Senior Videographer & Editor to join our content and marketing division. You’ll help us bring our brand to life through compelling video content, from interviews and social reels to short-form explainers and paid ads – all while working in a fast paced, mission-driven environment.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?...

As our Senior Videographer & Editor, you’ll be hands on with video production from concept through to final edit. You’ll support in filming high quality video across interviews, behind the scenes content, promotional material, digital ads and YouTube series. You’ll also assist in lighting and audio setup, shooting footage both in studio and on location.



Post production will be a key part of your role, editing footage into engaging, on brand video content for use across social, paid channels and our owned media platforms. You’ll collaborate closely with our Head of Content, marketing strategists and creative team, ensuring all content aligns with our creative vision and business objectives. You’ll help manage video assets, support with scripting where needed, and stay across platform trends and visual best practices to keep our output fresh and relevant.

WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE?...

- Strong skills in video editing and production using Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and/or Final Cut Pro
- A showreel or portfolio showcasing creative and commercial work (interviews, social content, short form video, etc.)
- Confidence with cameras, lighting and audio equipment for both studio and live environments
- An eye for detail, robust storytelling instincts and understanding of brand tone and pacing
- Ability to work to deadlines and manage multiple edits across varying formats
- A team first attitude with a willingness to learn, collaborate and take creative direction
- Knowledge of social media platforms and what makes content successful on each
- Bonus: motion graphics, sound design or colour grading experience
