We are urgently seeking an experienced Emergency Department Registered Nurse for a 6-week contract on Mornington Island, Queensland, commencing 14 September.

About the Role

As an ED RN, you will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care in a remote setting. The successful candidate will be confident working autonomously and possess robust clinical decision‑making skills.

Essential Skills & Experience

- Current AHPRA registration
- Emergency Department nursing experience




- Triage competent
- Resuscitation competent
- Team Leader experience/competency
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team
- Strong communication and assessment skills
- Previous rural and remote experience highly regarded
