Department of Education Victoria in Melbourne is seeking an Investigations Officer to join the Complaints and Student Services team within the VRQA. The role reports directly to the Manager, Complaints and Student Services.

You will investigate complaints from phone, written, or VRQA website, conduct authorised officer visits, and manage enquiries about home schooling and VET student results. Robust investigative, negotiation and communication skills are essential.
