Due to strong business growth, we have an exciting opportunity for an HR Truck Driver to join our close-knit team at our Welshpool Distribution Centre, WA. Your main responsibility will be delivering our products to valued customers across the Perth Metropolitan area, while representing Laminex with professionalism and great customer service.

Shift: Morning shift (Monday–Friday)

06:00am –14:30pm Mondays, 06:00am–14:00 pm (with OT as required) for the rest of the week

What Makes This Role Different?

- There is a Buddy Training Program where you ride along with an experienced driver for two weeks before driving solo.
- Utilize modern equipment to secure loads using automatic tensioners
- Using a forklift is part of the role, and if you don’t have a licence yet—don’t worry! We’ll provide full training to get you certified (after qualifying period).

What We’re Looking For:





- Current HR licence with a clean driving record (essential).
- Minimum 2–3 years’ experience driving heavy rigid vehicles.
- Ability to work independently and deliver excellent customer service.
- Physically fit for occasional manual strapping.
- Robust safety awareness.

Pre-employment medical and drug/alcohol testing required.
