The job

ServiceCo manages the commercial, compliance and reporting side of businesses operating overseas. Our biggest account is a global fitness franchise brand with dozens of studios across the Middle East and North Africa, managed out of Sydney.

You’ll start on that account. Over time you’ll take on more.

How the job actually works

Things land on you all day. A franchisee needs something. An invoice doesn’t match a contract. A supplier has gone quiet. A studio opening needs freight booked.

Your job is to decide what happens next.

You look at it, you work out the best path forward using your own judgment and the AI tools we’ll give you, and then you either do it or you tell the right person to do it. Then you make sure it’s actually done.

That’s the whole job. It isn’t complicated. But it only works if you’re the kind of person who decides and moves, rather than forwarding it on and hoping.

You’ll work directly with our operations lead and our regional manager on the ground. Small team, no layers, your work is visible to the people making the decisions.

What you’ll be looking after

The accounts themselves. Every client and partner knows you and hears from you regularly.

Invoicing and chasing what hasn’t been paid.

External advisers, suppliers and contractors, held to the quotes and dates they gave us.





Current site openings end to end: documents, equipment, freight, customs, fit-out.

The compliance register, kept current so nothing lapses.

The monthly report, on time, every month.

Whatever else comes up that week.

What you need

Judgment. You can look at a problem you’ve never seen before and work out a sensible next step.

You finish things. Nobody should have to ask you twice.

Good written English. Most of this job is email.

Comfortable with numbers and spreadsheets.

Comfortable using AI tools, or keen to learn fast. We expect you to use them.

1 to 2 years in any job where you owned outcomes. Strong graduates welcome.

Full working rights in Australia.

Helpful but not required: Arabic, exposure to the Middle East, franchising, compliance admin.

Money and hours

$75,000 base plus 12% superannuation, a total package of $84,000. Above the usual coordinator band, because the scope is bigger than the title. Formal review at six months against written targets.

Sydney CBD office, in‑office, not remote or hybrid.

The region runs 6 to 8 hours behind Sydney, so you’ll need real overlap with their working day. For example 11am to 7pm during daylight savings. We’re flexible on how that’s structured.

This role grows. The person who does it well ends up running the region, then more than one.
