We are seeking a full-time Quality Control Technician to join our growing Quality team. Reporting directly to our Quality Manager, this position would suit an Engineering Graduate or technically minded individual looking to gain hands‑on experience in a world‑class manufacturing setting.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop practical skills in quality assurance, metrology, coordinate measurement technology and aerospace-standard quality systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform dimensional inspection of manufactured components using Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)

- Conduct visual and dimensional inspections using a range of precision measuring equipment

- Create and maintain accurate quality records and inspection reports

- Support First Article Inspection (FAI) activities and customer quality requirements

- Assist with document control and record management within our AS9100D Quality Management System

- Review manufacturing documentation and ensure compliance with quality requirements

- Support internal audits, corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives





- Work closely with manufacturing, engineering and quality personnel to ensure product conformity

About You

Essential

- Australian Citizen (mandatory requirement)

- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

- Good computer and organisational skills

- Ability to work in a structured, process-driven environment

- Strong communication skills and willingness to learn

Desirable but Not Essential

- Engineering degree, diploma or relevant technical qualification

- Understanding of GD&T; (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)

- Experience with metrology and precision measurement equipment

- Experience operating or programming Coordinate Measuring Machines (CMMs)

- Exposure to manufacturing, machining or aerospace/defence environments

- Knowledge of AS9100D, ISO9001 or similar quality systems
