We're looking for a Customer Service Specialist to provide high quality customer service and admin duties in our busy Mascot Operations team.

Key responsibilities:

Promptly handling and responding to customer enquiries via phone and email

Accurately processing orders, proformas and quotes into our inventory management system and CRM

Checking stock levels, placing stock reserves with suppliers and providing pricing to customers





Processing customer payments and following up with accounts receivables

Maintaining strong relationships with our customers, our suppliers, our showrooms and our sales team

Requirements

1+ years in a fast-paced customer service or operations role

Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Excellent customer service skills with strong customer focus

Strong communication skills (written and verbal)

Great organisational skills, attention to detail and time management skills

Nice to have:

Experience using Cin7Core and/or Hubspot

Experience in the design/decorating trade
