The Coffee Club is looking for a dynamic, passionate, and experienced Senior Barista to join our vibrant team in Ballarat Central VIC 3350. If you have a love for coffee, an eye for detail, and solid leadership skills, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Key responsibilities

- Prepare high-quality coffee beverages
- Ensure consistently high standards of drinks preparation and presentation
- Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming, friendly atmosphere
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience
- Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and food hygiene regulations
- Undertake general waiting duties of both food and/or beverage, including serving meals
- Replenish and rotate stock, polish and wrap cutlery
- Ensure all customer areas are always kept clean and orderly
- Clean and maintain equipment (i.e. coffee machine, grinder etc)





About you

- Minimum 4 years of barista experience in a fast-paced café environment
- Proficiency in latte art and advanced coffee-making techniques
- Strong understanding of cafe operations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- A passion for coffee, café culture, and knowledge of the craft of coffee-making
