Randstad HR Partners is seeking a Talent Acquisition Officer to own the blue-collar end-to-end recruitment process from Heatherton, on-site, with an ASAP start. You will build and maintain talent pipelines, manage pre-employment checks and onboarding, and partner with the Operations Manager to align with business needs.
You should have 1-3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience, solid communication and engagement skills, and the ability to prioritise competing priorities.
