Shield Outdoor Blinds is looking for a confident, customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team.

As the face of Shield, you’ll meet customers in their homes, understand their needs and recommend outdoor blind solutions that suit their lifestyle. From the first conversation through to follow-up, you’ll deliver a professional experience that builds trust, drives sales and leaves customers confident in their decision.

You must be available to work between Mondays and Saturdays.

What you’ll do

- Meet with customers in their homes to understand their needs and goals
- Present Shield’s outdoor blind solutions clearly and professionally
- Provide tailored recommendations and guide customers through their options
- Build rapport, handle questions and close sales with confidence
- Manage customer follow-ups and keep communication timely
- Support a smooth customer journey and help ensure customer satisfaction

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in in-home sales, consultative sales or a similar customer-facing role




- Strong communication, listening and relationship-building skills
- Confidence presenting solutions and asking for the sale
- A professional, self-motivated and customer-first approach
- A modern, reliable vehicle
- A valid driver’s licence
- Appropriate insurance
