Ambition Recruitment is seeking a payroll leader to own end-to-end payroll for approx. 350 weekly staff in Chatswood, NSW. You will lead a small payroll team, mentor colleagues, and drive Pay Day Super and T&A; system integrations to improve accuracy and efficiency.

You will interpret awards, overtime, and allowances while ensuring correct wages, PAYG and superannuation, with a hands-on approach and a focus on process improvements.
