Wesfarmers Health – Australian Pharmaceutical Industries, Dandenong, VIC, is seeking an experienced Shift Manager for the AM Shift at Melbourne Distribution Centre. You will lead a team from 5 AM to 1 PM to ensure protected, efficient distribution of products, drive KPIs, and maintain safety standards.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will manage Team Managers and Labour Hire, foster continuous improvement, and build a positive work culture while collaborating with cross-functional partners
