Exact Fire is seeking an organised Invoice Administrator to support our service operations team in NSW. This hands-on role ensures jobs are invoiced accurately, scheduled, and maintained in the system from job setup through to invoicing and reporting.
You will work closely with Service, Operations, and Finance teams to keep service delivery running smoothly and to support timesheet entry and general admin tasks across multiple sites and client contracts.
