What You’ll Do - Under the direction of the Restaurant Manager

- Lead the team and keep the service running smoothly
- Maintain food safety, quality, and presentation
- Support new and existing team members
- Provide warm and welcoming customer service
- Keep the restaurant clean, organised,



and welcoming
- Assist with stock, ordering, and basic admin tasks

What You Bring

- Hospitality or supervisory experience (preferred)
- Robust communication and leadership skills
- Willingness to learn our systems and standards
- Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
- Flexible availability across weekdays, evenings, and weekends
