ORS Group is expanding its Early Childhood Support (ECS) service for NDIS participants aged 0-8. You will liaise with multiple disciplines to coordinate therapy from various specialists under a Key Worker model, guiding the child and family through development strategies.

In addition, you may take on a clinical Positive Behaviour Support Practitioner role, assessing behaviours and implementing replacement strategies to increase skills, emotion regulation and independence.
