Alvia Asset Partners is looking for a Client Services Officer to join our Brisbane office. Full-time, in the CBD, reporting to our Client Services Manager.

This is the engine room of our client service function. You'll onboard new investors, keep client records accurate and current, produce quarterly reporting, and be the first voice clients hear when they call. Along the way you'll sit in on client meetings and take minutes, help pull together pitch decks and proposals, and support the administration behind private market transactions.

This role is designed for someone who wants to grow their career inside a private investment firm, take on more over time, and learn how an investment business runs from the inside.

What you'll be doing

- Onboarding current clients, including application forms, identification and KYC documentation
- Reviewing client paperwork and chasing anything missing or incorrect
- Maintaining client records, wholesale certificates and recurring compliance items
- Managing routine updates in our internal and external systems
- Helping prepare and distribute quarterly client reports and ad-hoc reporting
- Keeping our CRM clean
- Acting as first point of contact for client and prospect enquiries by phone, email and in person
- Triaging the group inboxes and following up
- Taking minutes in client and internal meetings
- Collating and formatting proposals and pitch decks, and keeping presentation templates current




- Supporting bookbuild processes for new private market investments
- Helping coordinate client functions and staff events, and providing general support to the CEO, Directors and wider team

What we’re looking for

- 1 to 4 years in financial services, administration or professional services
- Strong attention to detail
- Organised, with the judgement to juggle competing deadlines
- A confident, courteous communicator in writing and on the phone
- Solid Microsoft Office skills are essential. Excel ability is particularly well regarded
- CRM experience preferred
- Exposure to private wealth, investment management or KYC processes is a plus
- A proactive attitude and a genuine appetite to learn and take on more
