Job Description
Nando's is seeking a Head of Design to lead restaurant design across Australia and Recent Zealand. This 12-month parental leave cover reports to the Chief Development Officer and will oversee current builds, refurbishments and concept development, balancing creativity with commercial outcomes.

You will manage external architects, collaborate with Development, Construction, Operations and Global Design teams, and drive cutting-edge restaurant formats across ANZ. Hybrid work is available.
