Estia Health is seeking a Residential Aged Care Manager (RACM) to lead clinical care and operations in a Victoria home. Reporting to the Head of the Home, you'll use your nursing expertise to enhance resident wellbeing and drive high-quality care.
As second in command, you'll mentor staff, oversee budgets, ensure compliance, and implement clinical programs to continually improve outcomes for residents and families.
