Job Description
D&H; Kennedy Holdings Powder Coating is a family-owned business that has been providing high-quality powder coating for 32 years and is looking for a reliable, hardworking Factory Hand to join our production team. The primary focus of this role is the inspection and packaging of finished goods. You will ensure our products are flawlessly finished and securely packed, while also assisting with general production and material handling across the factory.

Key responsibilities

Conducting final quality checks on finished items and safely packaging them to prevent damage during transit
n
Preparing and hanging large steel items and pretreating aluminium surfaces
n
Safely loading and unloading trucks and managing incoming/outgoing stock
n
Helping with general cleaning, maintenance,



and assisting with all general factory duties as needed
n

About you
n
n
Comfortable with manual handling and lifting heavy steel/aluminium items when required
n
High precision when inspecting finished products and following pretreatment processes
n
Must have full, unrestricted working rights in Australia (proof required)
n
Forklift License highly regarded but not mandatory
n
Punctual team player with a solid work ethic and a safety-first mindset
n
