Positive Sullutions is a six‐practitioner psychology clinic in Lalor. We are seeking a proactive Practice Manager to lead the operations, shape systems and culture, and report directly to our Director.
You will oversee day-to-day clinic operations, manage staff, coordinate onboarding, ensure NDIS/Medicare compliance, monitor budgets, and seek growth prospects. This is a hands-on leadership role with real scope to influence outcomes.
