Sunflower Services is seeking a Mental Health & Disability Support Worker to join our team on the Gold Coast, delivering client-centered care within a trauma-informed framework. You will engage clients in community activities, maintain case notes, and facilitate therapeutic conversations while supporting NDIS goals.

Applicants should have mental health experience and hold WWCC, First Aid, and NDIS Worker Screening.
