Dream Maker Community Services in Marsden Park NSW is seeking experienced Support Workers for a high-complexity, high-intensity role. You will support a participant with significant behavioural, psychosocial, and substance-use needs, delivering trauma-informed, respectful care across 24 hours per week.

The role requires building trust, maintaining boundaries, and collaborating with health professionals to ensure safety and well-being. Shifts run 3:00 pm–11:00 pm and 11:00 pm–7:00 am.
