What you'll be doing

Practicing and promoting safe, efficient and effective nursing care that reflects current standards of nursing practices and current Mid North Coast Local Health District policies and procedures.

About You

You are a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse with current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia, bringing demonstrated nursing knowledge, skills and clinical expertise gained within outpatient and acute hospital environments. You are committed to delivering safe, high-quality and patient-centred care while maintaining skilled standards and contributing to positive health outcomes.

Your strong clinical problem-solving abilities enable you to assess patient needs, identify priorities and implement effective evidence-based interventions that maximise patient care and support recovery. You are confident in managing changing clinical situations and applying sound judgement to ensure the best possible outcomes for patients.

You are an effective communicator with well-developed written, verbal and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with patients, carers and healthcare professionals. Your proficiency in information technology and clinical documentation systems supports accurate communication, continuity of care and efficient service delivery.

Working collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams, you demonstrate the ability to plan,



coordinate and evaluate patient care to achieve outcome-based goals. Your commitment to teamwork, professionalism and quality improvement ensures the delivery of holistic and coordinated care that meets the diverse needs of patients and their families.

You are reliable, adaptable and responsive to the operational requirements of a healthcare service, with the flexibility to participate in a seven-day rotating roster, including public holidays and night duty, while consistently maintaining a high standard of clinical practice and patient care.
