Job Description

Alpine Hotel Bright, part of the Jacob Group is currently recruiting for a qualified and experienced Restaurant Manager to join their team in Bright VIC. The successful candidate will need to:

- Take responsibility for the Restaurant while on shift
- Analyse and plan Restaurant sales levels and profitability
- Handle any customer complaints
- Training and Supervision of barista and floor staff
- Maintain stock levels
- Greet and seat customers at venue
- Planning and organising booked functions
- Function room, Dining

Room and Cellar set up

- Ensure full compliance with health regulations

Skills & Attributes

- Ideally have 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager
- Certificate III in Hotel and Restaurant Management or related
- OH&S; awareness
- Food Handling and RSA certificates required

Salary range is $70,000-$85,000pa commensurate with experience. Fulltime Position available. Application opens on 26th of August 2026 and closes on 26th of September 2026.
