Our current product offering includes useful eBikes on a flexible and all-inclusive subscription, as well as selling brand new and ex-fleet eBikes. Our teams across Brisbane, Melbourne and Sydney are reshaping the future by helping our communities make a Good Move on an eBike.

About the role

We are currently looking for two experienced bike mechanics to join our team in Alexandria for a three month, and six month maximum term contract from November 2026 (38 hours per week) . To be successful in these short term roles; you can confidently do the following:

Build and refurbish bikes in a timely manner.

Interact and deliver eBikes to customers from both our retail location and work van when doing road deliveries days.

Advise customers on maintenance, best practices and safety tips.

Be comfortable speaking to customers about choosing the correct bikes for their needs, provide guidance and tips on purchasing accessories and safety gear.

Diagnosing bike issues through inspections and tests.

Capable of disassembling bikes and identifying parts that are needed and follow repair process.

Clean,



lubricate parts and systems and be able to reassemble bikes to adjust and align breaks, gears, chains, wheels and frame components.

Upload bikes onto internal computer programs and regularly run Bosch diagnostic reports.

Be organised to complete your work in a timely manner, be responsible for daily goals, and maintain a clean work space.

Work well in a team environment and be flexible, with the desire to help the team achieve their goals

About You

We would love to hear from you if you are a highly motivated individual, who:

has 1-2 years experience working as a bicycle mechanic (any eBike experience will be highly desirable)

is comfortable working with computers to manage workflow

has experience in customer service or retail

has excellent interpersonal and communication skills

can effectively manage and organise work in a systematic and timely manner

has a demonstrated ability to work in a team environment

holds a current full Australian drivers licence (This is essential)

is available for a 5 day a week rotating roster that includes Saturday
