Junior Property Manager / Property Manager | Inner West | $70K-$80K Package+ An exciting opportunity has become available for a Junior Property Manager or Property Manager to join a well-established residential property management team in Inner West. This role is suited to someone with approximately one year or more of residential Property Management experience who is looking to take the next step in their career within a professional and supportive environment. You'll manage a growing residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties, with the portfolio capped at around 180 properties, while working alongside an experienced team and benefiting from structured support and development.

What You'll Be Doing:

- Managing an end-to-end residential property portfolio
- Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
- Managing leasing and tenancy processes
- Coordinating maintenance, inspections and general tenancy matters
- Managing arrears,



compliance and lease renewals
- Conducting routine and leasing inspections
- Maintaining accurate property records and CRM information
- Liaising with landlords, tenants, contractors and other stakeholders
- Providing exceptional customer service throughout the tenancy lifecycle
- Working closely with the wider Property Management and leasing teams

What We're Looking For:

- Approximately 1 year or more of residential Property Management experience
- Previous experience managing or assisting with a residential portfolio
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Ability to manage competing priorities effectively
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Professional presentation and robust customer service skills
- Comfortable working autonomously while contributing to a team environment
- Current Agent's Representative Certificate
- Victorian driver's licence and reliable vehicle

The Details:

- Inner West location initially, transitioning to Seddon
- $70,000-$80,000 package, with flexibility for more experienced candidates
- Monday-Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm
- Saturday roster approximately 1 in 4, or less as required
- Saturday hours are 9:00am-4:00pm and inspections only
- For experienced and capable candidates, Saturday roster may be approximately 1 in 3
- Mobile phone provided for work purposes
- Remote work may be available one day per week after 90 days, subject to company policy and team requirements
- Residential portfolio of approximately 120 properties, capped at 180
- Performance-based incentives available
