Catholic Healthcare is seeking a Sous Chef to provide high-quality meals for residents at Holy Cross, Kincumber on the Central Coast of NSW. You report to the Head Chef and bring experience from a commercial kitchen to support the Inspirit model of care.

You will prepare meals, accommodate dietary needs, and collaborate with the Concierge and Clinical Managers to maintain dietary records and ensure a protected, welcoming dining setting.
