With a solid pipeline of projects underway, they are seeking an experienced Senior Contracts Administrator or Contracts Administrator ready to take a step up to join their Gold Coast team.
The Chance
Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in the commercial delivery of large-scale apartment developments. Working closely with the project team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end administration of subcontract packages, procurement, cost control, contract administration, variations, progress claims, forecasting, and monthly financial reporting. This is a hands-on role where you will help drive the commercial success of projects while ensuring contractual obligations, budgets, and project milestones are achieved.
