Working as part of an enthusiastic team, in a highly competitive supermarket environment, applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

Fresh food retail or supermarket knowledge with a customer focused approach.

Agood understanding of working within a team environment.

Must be Qualified Butcher and have experienceusing meat room equipment including bandsaw and mincer for breaking down carcass beef,



lamb & pork.

Competency of ordering, cost control, wage control,rosteringand gross profit budgeting.

Passionand enthusiasm, with a hands on approach.

A Flair for merchandising.

A commitment to Occupational Healthand Safety and Food Safetystandards.

An Australian Butchery Trade Certificate .

The ability to work weekends

Salary is above award rates.
