Coffee Machine Technician – $72K–$85K + Super + Company Vehicle

Got a knack for fixing things? We’ll teach you coffee.

Coffeetec is growing, and we're looking for a hands‑on, mechanically minded person who wants to build a career in the coffee industry.

You don't need coffee machine experience.

If you've spent your career fixing cars, machinery, appliances, refrigeration, electrical equipment or anything mechanical , and you enjoy figuring out how things work and getting them running again — we'd like to meet you.

We're looking for someone who:

- Loves working out why something isn't working
- Has strong mechanical or electrical aptitude
- Enjoys fault‑finding and problem solving
- Is practical, hands‑on and mechanically minded
- Takes pride in doing a job properly
- Can work independently and manage their day
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- Is reliable, organised and keen to learn
- Holds a current Australian driving licence

Coffee experience is NOT essential.

Your ability to diagnose, repair and learn is what matters.

You'll receive training on our coffee equipment and learn from experienced technicians as you develop your skills.

You'll learn how to:

- Diagnose coffee machine faults
- Service and repair commercial equipment
- Work with electrical, mechanical,



hydraulic and electronic systems
- Install and commission new machines
- Carry out preventative maintenance
- Communicate with customers and understand their requirements

You bring the technical skills.
We'll teach you the coffee.

$72,000–$85,000 + super , depending on experience and technical ability.
