The work

APG delivers commercial, residential and government construction, insurance building repairs, restoration and project management across the Mildura region. With sibling companies in modular building and truss and frame manufacturing, our teams get exposure to a genuinely diverse range of work. Two days are rarely the same.

Day to day, you'll be reading plans, setting out sites, working across materials and trades and driving progress on your projects from start to finish. You'll be expected to think ahead,



solve problems on the run and keep your workspace safe and organised.

The fit

A positive attitude, reliability and the willingness to share knowledge and learn from others really matter.

Beyond that, we're looking for:

- A carpentry qualification (or near completion), or a related trade with solid carpentry runs on the board
- The ability to read plans and work to specs with attention to detail
- A genuine commitment to safety - not just ticking boxes
- A good work ethic and the ability to adapt when things change on site
