The Prospect

Due to growth, we are excited to invite an experienced Customer Service Officer who thrives on customer interaction to join our National Customer Service team. Reporting to the National Customer Experience Manager and collaborating closely with the sales team, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring outstanding service to both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities

Process orders promptly and accurately, handling over 50 national sales orders daily via phone and email.

Collaborate across departments to ensure optimal customer engagement and responsiveness.

Manage inbound calls, addressing customer queries on stock availability.

Handle complaints efficiently, ensuring follow-up and resolution.





Update customers on backorder status and provide general administrative support.

The Ideal Candidate

Demonstrates exceptional communication skills and a customer-centric approach.

Proficient in MS Office and SAP, with strong attention to detail.

Excels in time management and data entry.

Thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivering results with a focus on customer satisfaction.

Previous experience in high-volume customer service, preferably in the construction industry, is advantageous.
