Community Kids Haven Redanis seeking a passionate and dedicated Inclusion Support Educators to join our growing early learning centre.

The Role

Provide individualised support for children with additional needs

Support inclusive learning and play experiences

Foster children’s social, emotional and developmental growth

Build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Support participation in daily routines and learning

Contribute to Individual Learning Plans and support strategies

Collaborate with educators, families and external professionals

Promote a safe, inclusive and welcoming environment

Recognise and respond to each child’s strengths and needs

Encourage independence, confidence and participation

What You'll Bring

Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience supporting children with additional needs, inclusion or diverse abilities*





Sound understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)

Current Working with Children Check

Valid First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis and Asthma certifications

Current National Police Check (within 6 months)

Full Australian working rights
